Freight Damage: When receiving your order, be sure to un-wrap the package or pallet and check for damage before you sign for the product. Damage in transit happens and is the responsibility of the carrier; however, freight carriers only pay for damage if identified at the time of the delivery. If damage is not identified and the order is refused at the time of delivery, Dawn cannot refund your claim. If you do find damage, refuse the delivery and Dawn will replace the order at no additional charge.
Not what you ordered? If Dawn ships the wrong item, call us and we will replace it for free.
Don't like it? If you're not happy with the product for any reason, Dawn will take the product back. However, you are responsible for the freight to and from your location and a 15% restocking fee. So, be sure you are sure about your order. Feel free to call the Sales & Service Team at 1-800-262-3296 to get confirmation on size, description, etc. We will even e-mail you pictures or panteen tone color pallets to be sure you get what you expect.
Had a unit for a few months / years and something goes wrong? Dawn stands behind our product. If there is a manufacturer's error, and your product does not stand up to the test of time, we will replace it for free. Products have different expected life spans and warranties so be sure to ask our Sales & Service Team about specific warranties for items your buying.
